Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers a mix of spacious and cramped rooms, with nicely decorated and comfortable facilities, but the pricing may not fully align with the basic room amenities. The service is outstanding, with moments of forgetfulness balanced by delightful surprises. The location is excellent, especially for city visits, offering easy access to major attractions and a vibrant downtown experience. The dining options vary from the best to average, but the facilities cater to most needs effectively.
My stay at the SpringHill Suites was a mixed experience. The rooms were small, clean, but the choice of cold, uncomfortable wood flooring in the bedrooms left me puzzled. The service was friendly, except for a key mishap which was a bit inconvenient. The location was convenient, although the aggressive timing could be off-putting, and the dining experience at Stokes was tasty but lacking variety. The facilities were adequate but didn't stand out as exceptional.
The hotel's rooms were spacious, clean, and sleek with the added convenience of a microwave until 2 AM. However, the service from the staff was disappointing, as they came across as arrogant and unwelcoming. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Charlotte near various attractions and dining options. The dining experience at the M Club was top-notch, offering a variety of fresh and delicious choices for both breakfast and evening offerings.
